An infographic showing the most common errors encountered on a webpage

According to the WebAIM Million 2026 Report, the most common accessibility failures are showing up on more than half the internet — and most site owners have no idea.

The top offenders:

83.9% — low color contrast
82.9% — no skip navigation
53.1% — missing alt text
51% — unlabeled form fields

And automated testing only catches a fraction of the real issues.

If you have a website, this affects you. Save this graphic and send me an email if you want to see where your website stands.
